This job posting is for a Clinical Resource Nurse position at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will provide clinical expertise to nurses, coordinate patient care, ensure quality outcomes, and promote a patient-centered approach based on best practices.

Minimum three years of recent acute medicine or cardiology nursing experience in a tertiary care setting is required. The candidate must be a graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program and hold a current CRNM registration. A Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred, and completion of the Advanced Assessment Course is necessary.

Applicants should be proficient with computers and have strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They must also have experience in patient care, clinical knowledge, and quality improvement. A current resume and letter of application are required.
