Description:

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Clinical Respiratory Consultant for their Okotoks, AB location. The consultant will provide respiratory services including oxygen therapy, clinical support, ventilatory support, and sleep diagnostics and therapeutics. Responsibilities include conducting appointments, evaluating therapies, initiating PAP therapy, providing patient education, and promoting related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct appointments and set-up equipment for sleep diagnostic testing

Evaluate client therapies and determine treatment plans

Initiate PAP therapy and provide patient education

Provide follow-up care, recommend adjustments, and promote related products

Maintain continuing education and client safety

Complete required administration tasks and documentation

Participate in quality improvement activities and provide staff instruction

Participate in oxygen and respiratory services, including on-call duties

Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist or Nurse

RPSGT or CCSH certification

College Certificate or Diploma in a Medical Science field

Licensed to practice with the provincial governing body

Good knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP therapy

Working knowledge of Microsoft, Google applications, and Android
