Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls from healthcare clients regarding clinical applications
Track and document incident tickets and related issues
Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
Remain at designated workspace for scheduled shifts
Travel up to 10% of the time if required
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience in healthcare systems
