NTT DATA Canada is seeking a Clinical Service Desk Helpdesk Associate to join their team in Halifax, NS, working remotely. The position requires availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility for varying time zones. Responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls related to clinical applications, tracking incidents, and driving resolutions on a 24/7 desk. Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of service desk experience, technical troubleshooting skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls on clinical applications
  • Track and document incidents in a timely manner
  • Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
  • Remain available for an 8 to 10-hour shift with scheduled breaks
  • Travel up to 10% of the time if required
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of service desk experience or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience in healthcare systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
