The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Physiotherapy Supervisor for Victoria General Hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising clinical service delivery, providing guidance to physiotherapists and support staff, contributing to quality physiotherapy services, assisting with performance appraisals and recruitment, and maintaining a clinical caseload. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of recent physiotherapy experience, previous supervisory experience, and be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba.
Experience
Minimum of five years recent, relevant Physiotherapy experience in a large complex environment required.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Education
Entry-to-practice academic credential in physiotherapy from an accredited Canadian university program required.
Graduate degree at the Master's level in physiotherapy or related field preferred.
Training in fiscal and human resource management preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Must be registered on the Practicing Roster of the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba.
Membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training required.
