Alignerr is seeking experienced Clinical Study Managers for a remote, hourly contract role focused on shaping AI's understanding of healthcare research. This position requires operational knowledge to ensure AI models in medicine are based on accurate clinical insight.
What You'll Do
Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking
Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams
Identify operational risks and resolve issues proactively
Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research
Who You Are
Experienced in clinical trial project management
Skilled at managing CROs, vendors, and research partners
Detail-oriented, systematic, and self-directed
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation or AI tools
Background in regulatory affairs or clinical data management
Experience working across therapeutic areas or global trials
