The Family Centre is looking for a Clinical Supervisor with expertise in trauma-informed approaches to oversee therapeutic teams, provide clinical supervision, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards. The role involves maintaining a commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices while fostering a safe, supportive workplace with paid training, benefits, and wellness initiatives.

The Clinical Supervisor will focus on clinical oversight, team development, and quality assurance compliance, including recruiting and training therapists, maintaining a clinical caseload, and collaborating on program improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing crisis response protocols, driving quality assurance initiatives, facilitating interagency collaboration, and optimizing clinical workflows.

Candidates should have a graduate-level degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical discipline, along with at least five years of clinical practice experience. Formal training in clinical supervision and advanced competency in trauma-responsive care frameworks are preferred. A background check process, including reference checks, police information check, and child intervention records check, is required.
