As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical supervision for a discipline, practice area, or service sector supporting clinicians to provide excellence in professional practice. This role involves supervising staff providing addiction and mental health services, conducting clinical sessions, reviewing documentation, and providing guidance to clinical staff. You may also work with interdisciplinary teams, psychiatrists, and community partners to support effective practice and contribute to mental health treatment services.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Active or eligible for full registration with the applicable regulatory college.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health assessment and intervention.

Excellent knowledge of addictions and mental illness.

Minimum 5 years' experience in addictions and mental health treatment.

Minimum 5 years supervisory and mentoring experience.

Experience in Motivational Interviewing and direct clinical supervision.

Counselling background and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and crisis intervention skills.

Support to front line staff.
