Lookout Housing and Health Society is seeking a Clinical Support Worker for their housing and support services for adults with low or no income. The position involves providing assistance, support, education, and skill training to residents to help them achieve greater independence and stability.

The position is located at Carr's Place, a 15-minute walk from Gateway Skytrain, and requires working 7 days a week with day, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts. The salary ranges from $33.49 to $35.31 per hour, depending on seniority.

The Clinical Support Worker will participate in resident intake, develop service plans, administer finances and medication, and ensure basic needs are met. They will also work with volunteers and practicum students, complete paperwork, and maintain statistical data.

Qualifications for the position include a related diploma or certificate, familiarity with community resources, a current OFA 1 First Aid Certificate, and crisis intervention skills training. The ability to work independently or in a team setting, manage stress, and communicate effectively is essential.

Applicants must have a Class 4 driver's license, maintain clientele/worker boundaries, and have a minimum of two years of sobriety. A criminal record clearance for the vulnerable sector is also required.
