Description:

This job posting is for a Clinical User Experience Analyst position with a focus on supporting the Clinical Information System (CIS) Consolidation Project. The role involves engaging with clinicians and end users to gather requirements, leading Service Desk assessments and redesigning processes, and managing improvement initiatives using project management tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and experience in IT Service Management (ITIL). Responsibilities include defining processes, managing improvement initiatives, facilitating collaboration between various teams, conducting analysis, and creating documentation and training materials.

The position is remote and is a contract role with a duration of 2+ years. The pay rate is $80-$90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clinicians and end users to gather requirements.
  • Lead Service Desk assessments and redesign processes.
  • Design ITIL-aligned processes for Incident, Request, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Define SLAs/OLAs and develop self-service and knowledge-base content.
  • Manage improvement initiatives using project management tools.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials.
  • Build, validate, and test clinical content within the CIS.
