HEALWELL AI is seeking a Commercial Director, Clinical Research Acceleration to lead the growth of their Patient Identification for Clinical Trials business. This role involves achieving revenue targets, expanding market penetration, and ensuring successful customer initiatives. The position is based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with travel required.

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan, managing a sales pipeline, and leading full sales cycles. They will also shape the go-to-market strategy, drive promotional initiatives, and manage CRM, reporting, and forecasting.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing customer initiatives, maintaining executive-level relationships, and representing HEALWELL AI at industry conferences and events. Qualifications include 10-15 years of clinical research experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to engage senior executives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue-generating roles, be based in the GTA, and have a willingness to travel. Preferred qualifications include experience selling clinical research services, familiarity with AI-enabled patient identification, and conference presentation experience.

The work environment is hybrid, with remote work and occasional in-office presence required. Regular travel across Canada and occasional international travel is also part of the role.
