Join the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority team at the WRHA Community Health Services in Winnipeg West as a Community Mental Health Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mental health services and supports to individuals with mental health concerns. The position involves assessment, planning, intervention, and coordination of services to promote recovery and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of directly related community mental health experience and hold a degree or diploma in a related health or human services field. Certification and registration in the field of expertise are required, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle. Knowledge and skills in recovery-oriented practice, crisis intervention, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Physical requirements include the ability to travel to various locations for meetings and see individuals in community settings. Flexible scheduling is necessary to balance individual needs and consultation schedules. The successful candidate must undergo a Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
