Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining effective Care Plans
• Providing nursing services in various settings
• Communicating with patients and interdisciplinary care team
• Performing clinical duties as required

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree/diploma
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• CPR Certification and immunization record
• Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
