Currently, CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for a Part-Time position in the North Bay, Mattawa area. The role involves developing effective care plans, providing nursing services to patients, working in different settings, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining effective Care Plans

Providing exceptional nursing services to patients

Working in various settings such as in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school

Communicating with patients, family members, and the care team

Performing other clinical duties as needed

What You Bring:

RN or RPN degree/diploma

Current CNO registration

Desire to make a difference in patient lives

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and vehicle

Excellent English communication skills

CPR Certification and immunization record

Wages

For Registered Nurses (RN)This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $29.90 to $44.16 and the general visit rate is $29.32 to $43.28.
 For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)  This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $23.37 to $28.74, and the general visit rate is $23.37 to $28.74.

What The Role Involves

Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
 Working with patients (both inperson and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
 Providing services in a variety of settings which may include inhome, clinic, retirement home or school
 Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
 Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
 Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
 A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
 Exceptional interpersonal skills
 A valid driver's license and vehicle as regular travel is required
 Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
 CPR Certification
 Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
 To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
