Key Responsibilities:
Assessment of clients, establishment, and evaluation/revision of treatment programs
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Collaborating with the health team
Communicating information and recommendations to clients/care providers
Observing and providing guidance to those assisting in the program
Maintaining active standing in College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Participating in ongoing education activities
Adhering to Bayshore Healthcare / Bayshore Therapy & Rehab Policies and Procedures
Participating in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Participating in Health & Safety activities
Maintaining confidentiality of client and corporate information
Completing other tasks as requested
Qualifications:
Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Registered and in good standing with provincial College of Occupational Therapists
Committed to a high quality and safe environment
May be required to provide proof of vaccination
