Home Care Assistance is seeking a PSW for a Community Client in the Midland area. The position offers competitive pay starting at $19-$21 per hour, benefits after working 30+ hours per week, and a flexible schedule with a 4-hour shift minimum.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include providing personal care, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, behavior support, crisis intervention, and maintaining open communication with clients and their families. They will also monitor care plans, respond to emergencies, and perform any other assigned duties.

Key qualifications for this position include a PSW certification, valid First Aid/CPR certificate, completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months, and the ability to follow instructions accurately and handle confidential matters with tact.
