Home Care Assistance is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for Community Client in the Midland area. The position offers competitive pay starting at $19-$21 based on experience, benefits plan after working 30+ hours per week, 4% vacation pay, flexible hours, and a 4-hour shift minimum.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate include providing personal care, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, behavior support, crisis intervention, maintaining communication with clients and families, monitoring care plans, responding to emergencies, and other assigned duties.

Key qualifications for this position include PSW certification, valid First Aid/CPR certificate, Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months, CPI training is an asset, driver's license, insured vehicle, professional references, ability to follow instructions accurately, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
