KACL is seeking a Community Support Worker to join their team in promoting inclusion and social justice in the community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, resilient in the face of change, team-driven, creative, and compassionate.

As a Community Support Worker, you will work with a person-directed team to provide individualized support, focus on building relationships, help individuals achieve their goals, and promote independence.
