Calgary Alternative Support Services (CASS) is seeking a Community Support Worker for their Calgary Alternative Residential Services (CARS) program to assist individuals with developmental disabilities.
The Community Support Worker role involves establishing professional boundaries with clients, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily living skills. Responsibilities include developing positive relationships with clients, monitoring goals in their Individual Support Plan, supporting independence in the community, and maintaining professional relationships with client guardians and other supports.
