Description:

The UPS Store Terwillegar in Edmonton is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with shipping, printing, and more, maintaining clean store conditions, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with various services
  • Process shipments accurately and maintain documentation
  • Operate printing and binding equipment
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash records
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Support light administrative tasks

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays
