Sunny Shores Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their patient-centered clinic in Kamloops. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator who can manage a busy schedule, prioritize efficiency, and provide a professional patient experience.

SCHEDULE

• 32-40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
• No evenings or weekends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage front desk operations in a busy practice environment
• Coordinate and optimize provider schedules
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Handle patient communications professionally
• Process insurance claims, payments, and treatment estimates
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous dental reception or dental administration experience is preferred
• Medical office or hospital administration experience will also be considered an asset
• Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
