Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies with physician partners to ensure quality patient care delivery
Build relationships with internal and external partners to integrate healthcare services effectively
Establish staffing and service delivery frameworks that support patient safety and quality care
Manage capital and operating budgets within fiscal constraints
Provide leadership for operational staff and ensure compliance with standards
Implement systems to evaluate program performance and ensure legislative compliance
Respond to patient care issues and represent clinical areas on committees
Maintain a healthy work environment in alignment with IH's Occupational Health & Safety Program
Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare leadership or management
