The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Change Clinical Lead to work in collaboration with provincial clinical planning teams to implement and monitor clinical changes within the Manitoba health system. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the planning and integration of patient-centered health services to ensure high-quality patient care.

The responsibilities of the Change Clinical Lead include working with provincial clinical planning teams, leading and coordinating the implementation of clinical changes, mentoring assigned resources, identifying positive changes related to care models, and supporting health system improvement initiatives across various specialties.

Qualifications for this position include 7 years of progressive experience in implementing clinical health services changes, 3 years of experience in leading systemic improvements, and a post-secondary degree in a related field. The successful candidate must also be an active member of an associated regulatory body.

The physical requirements of the position include the ability to work in a computerized office environment, lift and carry items up to 10 kg, and travel throughout the province as needed.

This position requires a current Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check. Candidates may be asked to participate in a skills assessment, and applications from individuals with disabilities and Indigenous descent are encouraged.
