The successful candidate will partner with various teams to ensure the continued success of the Virtual Care program, bring forward innovative ideas, influence key decisions, and help shape a roadmap that supports business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and technical leadership across the end-to-end Virtual Care program.
Assess the current Virtual Care solution and develop a strong understanding of the business and technology landscape supporting Virtual Care.
Partner with various teams to shape and evolve the Virtual Care roadmap.
Influence key decisions by providing strategic recommendations.
Guide technology choices, application design, and architecture direction.
Ensure Virtual Care solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and technology strategy.
Collaborate across a matrixed environment to build alignment between business needs and technical strategy.
Support investment planning and technology evaluations related to the Virtual Care platform.
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Significant experience in technology leadership, enterprise consulting, or a related field.
Proven ability to serve as a senior technology advisor in complex enterprise environments.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in guiding application modernization, platform stabilization, and technology investment planning.
