Rapid City Transportation o/b Autolux Ltd. has been providing non-emergency medical transportation logistics services for over 20 years in Ontario. They offer door-to-door concierge-style transportation for individuals requiring special care. They are looking for mature individuals who are passionate about helping others to join their team.

Position Details:

- Transport passengers in wheelchair accessible vehicles to pre-approved destinations safely.

- Drivers typically work Monday to Friday, up to 11-14 hours/day.

- Weekend trips available on a volunteering basis.

- Focus on providing safe, calm, and reliable transportation.

- Assist passengers with all their needs and communicate with the Dispatch Department.

Position Qualifications:

- Must have ten years of driving experience with a valid G Driver's License.

- Good overall physical health and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Preferably a non-smoker due to transporting individuals with medical conditions.

- Comfortable wearing a protective mask and working with sanitizing products.

- Valid CPR Certificate and ability to drive for long periods of time.

- Strong knowledge of the regional geographic area and effective communication skills.

- Customer service oriented and able to provide additional support to passengers with physical limitations.

- Must have a private location to store the company-provided vehicle when not on duty.
