About Us: Rapid City Transportation o/b Autolux Ltd. has been specializing in non-emergency medical transportation logistics services for over 20 years, supporting all of Ontario. We offer professional and courteous door-to-door concierge-style transportation for individuals requiring special care before, during, and after their transfers.

Position Details:

• Transport passengers in wheelchair accessible vehicles to pre-approved destinations safely.
• Drivers typically work Monday to Friday, potentially up to 11-14 hours/day.
• Weekend trips available on a voluntary basis for additional hours.
• Focus on providing safe, calm, and reliable transportation using customer service and defensive driving skills.
• Assist passengers with all their needs and communicate with the Dispatch Department.

Position Qualifications:

• 10 years of driving experience with a valid G Driver's License.
• Good overall physical health and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferably a non-smoker due to transporting individuals with medical conditions.
• Able to wear a protective mask and work with sanitizing products.
• Valid CPR Certificate and ability to drive for long periods.
• Comfortable navigating an android smartphone and GPS system.
• Strong knowledge of the regional geographic area and Greater Toronto Area.
• Effective communication skills in English and customer service orientation.
• A private location to safely store the company-provided vehicle.
