Horizon Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist 2 - Supervisor and/or Clinical Leader for Pediatrics at the Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation in Fredericton. The position requires fluency in English and spoken French at an advanced level. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8-4, subject to change based on operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Must have at least 1 year of progressive work experience demonstrating leadership ability as an occupational therapist.
Ability to attend work regularly and perform the duties of the position.
Good work record.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring staff coverage, assigning work, participating in recruitment and orientation, assisting in performance management, and developing policies and procedures.
Completing administrative duties, reports, and managing inventory.
Ensuring services align with professional scope of practice and regional policies.
Providing clinical support and advice, participating in research, and making recommendations for service improvement.
