The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and manage bookings by learning our booking system.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite and other office software for various administrative tasks.
Assist with general reception operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Making Espresso Based Drinks, Matcha, Teas.
Experience:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role at a nail salon is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with computer systems and data entry processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent typing skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
