The Centre offers a range of services including acute care, home care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and public health nursing. As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide personal assistance and support services to patients in accordance with the patient care plan. You will assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety needs. Additionally, you will observe and report on patients' mood, health, and well-being, while maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
