SE Health is seeking Health Care Aides to make an impact on seniors' health in Central Edmonton. As part of a diverse and collaborative care team, you will provide care and independence to residents using a client- and family-centered approach. This casual position requires availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Health Care Aide provides care for residents in senior living facilities with a client and family-centered approach.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hospitality model service to residents
• Assist with Medication Assistance Program requirements
• Report changes in resident conditions
• Participate in care plan development
• Charting and ongoing educational participation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active registration with CLHA
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license
• Up-to-date immunization record and TB test
• Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties
