The responsibilities of this position include providing resident care that respects individuality and culture, maintaining Covenant Care's standards, fostering teamwork within the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring quality care and service according to organizational policies. The Health Care Aide will also support residents and their families during end-of-life journeys.

Minimum Grade 12 required

Completed recognized Health Care Aide Certificate

Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

Ability to speak French an asset

Computer skills an asset

Vaccination against all required communicable diseases under Covenant Care's OHS policy
