Shared Health is seeking a Health Care Aide to provide direct care to patients at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre. The HCA will assist with activities of daily living, support independence, and help patients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mental health setting or working with individuals with physical and cognitive impairments.

 Knowledge of Indigenous customs, traditions and values is preferred
 Ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients
 Ability to respond to a variety of simultaneous demands
