Description:

Classic LifeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers on a casual basis to support clients in their own homes in Vancouver, BC. The pay rate is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling options prioritizing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with personal care and medications.
  • Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Assisting with medical escort services.
  • Assisting with medication management.

    • Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.
  • Willingness to work both short and long shifts.
  • Possession of a Health Care Aide certificate and BC registry number is an asset.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Willingness to commute to designated locations.
  • A clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector clearance.
  • Possession of a driver's license with your own vehicle an asset.
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset.
