Black & McDonald's Southern Ontario team is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team in Port Colborne, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety requirements, policies, and regulations while evaluating and controlling health and safety hazards in the workplace.

The key responsibilities for this role include providing leadership and guidance to assigned workplaces, conducting inspections and audits, supporting the implementation of safety programs, participating in incident investigations, and maintaining emergency response plans. The candidate must also stay informed about industry trends and practices.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year, with additional benefits such as group insurance, pension plan, and career development programs. A Criminal Background Check and Professional Reference Check will be required for all applicants, and candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
