RhynoCare is seeking an experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to work in Home Care in GTA/Richmond Hill, ON. You will be hired and onboarded with RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living
Assist in safe transferring, repositioning, and mobility of clients
Medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Companionship, social engagement, and respite support for family caregivers
Engage with clients and attend to their wellbeing in the home environment
Complete all documentation in medical records and support continuity of care
Adhere to health and safety procedures and organizational policies
Qualifications:
Valid Certificate as PSW from Ontario institutions
Successful completion of a Ministry of Education approved PSW Training Program
Requirements:
Experience working with a homecare agency is recommended
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
Physical ability to meet demands of work
Compensation:
Pay: $25 - 30/ hour (depending on experience and assignment)
