Description:
Manage resource and inventory through CAPEX and OPEX budgets, procurement of supplies, tracking asset inventory. Advise the organization on lab strategies, including budgeting, procurement, lab layout improvement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Electronics) or related field
3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in fast-paced R&D settings, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment
Must have experience working in a high-touch lab (familiarity with RF equipment, Radios, etc.)
Proficiency with testing equipment e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, data analysis tools
Energy and drive to thrive in a dynamic product development environment
Strong interpersonal skills, including some team leadership experience
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, providing effective communication building positive relationships internally as well as externally
A "hands-on" mentality
Basic knowledge of wireless communication standards
Understanding of RF engineering
Ideally have some experience working directly with radio products
