Signature Supplements Inc. is looking for a Lab Technician to blend powders and encapsulate natural health materials. Responsibilities include working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining detailed records, blending raw materials, and following quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to read worksheets and complete math equations
  • Detailed record keeping on worksheets and maintaining a project notebook
  • Blend and compound powdered raw materials
  • Handle encapsulation equipment to compound materials into capsules
  • Bottle finished projects including powders and capsules
  • Work within planned production schedules
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for quality standards
  • Maintain a high standard of sanitation

    • Requirements/Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment considered an asset
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience and strong focus on attention to detail
  • Standing for long periods of time and lifting required (up to 30 lbs)

    • This is a full-time 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. Hours are scheduled during business operations, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 11 pm. Benefits include vacation time, personal days, and a health plan. Allergies, asthma, or breathing complications may not be suitable for this position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $18.36 per hour
