The Drumheller Health Centre is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their interprofessional team and provide care to a variety of clients in different health care settings. The LPN will collaborate on care delivery, assess patient needs, and develop and implement care plans following Alberta Health Services guidelines. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn new skills through ongoing professional development.

As an LPN, you will work within your scope of practice, utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You will provide safe, high-quality, patient and family-centered care while upholding the organization's vision and values. This position may involve working in Long Term Care (LTC) or Designated Supportive Living (DSL) services, and potential COVID outbreak restrictions should be discussed with the hiring manager.
