Position Summary: As an LPN at SE Health, you will provide holistic nursing care to meet the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families under the direction of the Manager or Director of Care.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to residents according to the Care Plan
• Report changes in resident conditions in a timely manner
• Assist in monitoring non-regulated staff
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and independence
• Adhere to infection prevention and control policies
• Participate in team meetings and training opportunities

Qualifications:

• LPN Certificate and current registration
• Updated immunization record
• Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid and CPR certificates
• Experience working with the elderly or disabled
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Physically fit for the demands of the position
