Description:

As a Maintenance Worker II at Health Shared Services, you will be responsible for performing routine preventative and demand maintenance activities both inside and outside of the building. Working under general supervision, you will conduct various semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on architectural, structural, and mechanical systems to ensure the safety and efficiency of the building's operations. This includes general maintenance duties such as drywall repair, floor maintenance, and painting. Additionally, you may be required to perform minor plumbing repairs, equipment checks, and equipment disassembly for cleaning purposes.
