Be accountable for all aspects of the planning, organizing and directing management and staff and activities of Environmental Services operations for designated larger site(s) across Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH).
 Provide leadership and direction to all staff within the assigned services area, and ensures appropriate planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of related financial, human and physical resources.
 Be responsible and accountable for developing, implementing and understanding BISS policies and service standards, creating and leading key operational projects (as assigned) and supporting other colleagues with similar responsibilities. May lead health authority and industry committees and working groups as required.
 Be responsible for building and maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring consistent performance and service delivery in keeping with commonly required standards.
 Anticipate changes at their designated site/facilities that impact services, and plans and implements mitigating strategies.
 Be expected to participate in a respectful and productive manner, provide and accept thoughtful counsel and advice, and fully support decisions made by this team.

Qualifications Education &amp; Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
 Minimum of seven (7) years' recent, related progressive leadership experience leading largescale operations and/or initiatives, such as housekeeping, and preferably in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination, training and experience.

 Broad knowledge of the BC Health Care Industry environment.
