The Manager, Clinical Operations position at Vancouver Coastal Health offers a salary range of CAD $59.59/Hr. - CAD $85.65/Hr. Qualifications:

Baccalaureate (Masters preferred) in a relevant clinical professional area with 7-10 years of recent, related clinical and progressive leadership experience

Current registration/membership with a recognized professional association

Basic computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop, manage, and evaluate clinical programs

Strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance services with sensitivity to diversity and indigenous lens

Ability to understand available resources and prioritize quality in resource utilization decisions

Facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skills for resolving human resource issues

Promotion of clinical research opportunities and evidence-based practice within an interdisciplinary team

Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
