Ontario Health is seeking a Manager, Health Data Advancement to lead the modernization of health data operations, data quality, analytical enablement, automation, and AI-ready data practices. The successful candidate will influence enterprise data strategy, build high-performing teams, and shape scalable data capabilities. Responsibilities include advancing data modernization, transforming processes through automation, shaping enterprise strategy, leading people and resources, delivering complex initiatives, building partnerships, and championing innovation and values.

Education And Experience:
Undergraduate degree in related field required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of professional experience
5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields
Experience leading modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Certifications in relevant areas considered an asset
Experience with cloud-based platforms and data ecosystems required
Technical Knowledge and Expertise:
Strong understanding of data management practices
Knowledge of AI, automation technologies, and digital capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft and Azure ecosystem tools
Understanding of data quality and design principles
Knowledge of healthcare data and privacy legislation considered an asset
Leadership and Core Competencies:
Ability to lead complex initiatives in dynamic environments
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change
