This job posting is for a Manager Health Services - Resident Care position at Lions Prairie Manor in Portage la Prairie, under the Southern Health-Santé Sud organization. The manager will be responsible for delivering resident care in the assigned areas of operations and fostering interdisciplinary relationships. The role includes management and leadership, planning, organizing, program development, communication, resource management, policy development, knowledge advancement, and quality improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in the specialty area, with demonstrated management and leadership skills. An undergraduate degree in the applicable field is preferred, along with current BCLS certification. Proficiency in both official languages is essential for designated bilingual positions.
