AtkinsRealis is seeking a Mechanical Technologist-Developing to join their engineering team in Mississauga, Ontario. Reporting to the Retube Tooling manager, the Technologist will assist with Refurbishment and New build projects. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, assembling and repairing nuclear inspection tools, participating in testing programs, and completing work requests on time. The role may require travel to project sites and shift work.

About You

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology

1-3 years of technical experience

Certificate of qualification from College of Trades and Apprenticeship

Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with hand tools and shop equipment

Effective communication and organization skills

Knowledge of engineering design principles

Forklift and overhead crane experience an asset

Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics preferred

Security Clearance required

Overview AtkinsRealis is currently looking for a Mechanical TechnologistDeveloping to join our engineering team in Sheridan Park, Mississauga, Ontario. Your role

About You

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
 13 years of related technical experience and a certificate of qualification from College of Trades and Apprenticeship.

 Experience with hand tools and common shop equipment required.
 Must be able to demonstrate manual skills and dexterity.
 Effective communication (oral and written) and organization skills are essential.
