Description:

LMC Healthcare (LMC) is Canada's largest specialist care provider in diabetes & endocrinology, with 11 centers of excellence in Alberta and Ontario. They are seeking a Medical Assistant/Medical Office Administrator for their Oakville clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares patients for provider evaluation
  • Coordinates patient flow within the clinic
  • Promotes comprehensive patient care
  • Assists with administrative duties
  • Medical Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Performs check-in and check-out duties
  • Manages phone calls, emails, and schedules
  • Coordinates patient visits and investigations
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical environment
  • Proficient in medication review and EMRs
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Computer and typing skills
  • Compensation range: $18-$20/hourly based on experience and location.
