Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Conducting a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.

Prepare and process samples, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.

Performing, interpreting and releasing results, while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Identifying incidents and non-conformities, participating in corrective action plans.

Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.

Participating in problem solving and workflow organization.

Adhering to laboratory safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.

What You Will Bring To The Role:

College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science.

CMLTO registered and in good standing.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to distinguish multiple colors.

Strong computer skills in MS Office products and laboratory analyzers.

Problem solving skills and ability to maintain safety and confidentiality.
