The Medical Office Administrator will build relationships with patients, staff, and referral sources by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include patient intake, data entry, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and greet patients
  • Coordinate patient intake and paperwork
  • Schedule appointments and maintain records
  • Collect payments and handle insurance claims
  • Complete data entry and billing
  • Coordinate packages and process mail
  • Provide support to managers

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Previous experience as a Medical Office Administrator
  • Knowledge of Accuro and Connect Care programs a plus
