Key Responsibilities
Greet patients professionally and manage appointments
Register patients accurately and update information
Verify health card information and eligibility
Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments
Maintain patient records in the EMR
Process billing tasks and maintain confidentiality
Support clinic staff with administrative tasks
Qualifications
Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
Proficiency with EMR systems and computer applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic
Knowledge of referral management processes
