Albany Medical Clinic, a large family practice in East Toronto, is seeking a highly organized individual to manage patient record requests. This is a full-time, in-person role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage processing of third party forms and patient record requests to ensure timely completion and payment for services
Process invoices sent to third parties and patients
Ensure all obligations under Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) are met
Other administrative tasks as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma in administration or health related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete required documentation, reports and forms
Process Improvement mindset
Knowledge of Telus Practice Solutions (EMR) is an asset
